(c) Member shall limit inquiries, communications and correspondence regarding investment or investment opportunities for investment to Investor Relations Department of Inner Image Diagnostics. Member shall not attempt direct communication with doctors, their office, staff or affiliates. All such inquiries must be made through the Investor Relations Department of Inner Image Diagnostics.
